GRAPES AND VINIFICATION
This wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes cultivated on the morainic hills in the hinterland of the Veronese shore of Lake Garda.
It refines in small stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTE
It has an intense straw yellow colour. Floral and fruity aromas (pineapple in particular), with hints of mint and appealing mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and tangy.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
It pairs with all fish dishes.
It is excellent with vegetable-based dishes (pasta, quiches). It may also be served with grilled white meat or as aperitif.
